How to Look Beautiful, Healthy and Fit Naturally
Everyone loves to look healthy, fit, and beautiful. They are a part of our life! People want to maintain their figure but don’t know how to maintain. Some try gym! Life in a gym is not so good! For some women’s start getting body aches instead of being fit. “don’t be slim, be fit!”
1 Do not diet (starve). Dieting may help you decrease your body weight and make you look slim for 1 week (sometimes 3-4 days) and then you regain what you have lost in double.
2 Start your day having aloe-vera pulp or coconut water or normal water (you can also add a little honey to water).
3 Instead of drinking coffee all the time, have 2 cups of green tea every day. You can drink coffee but not frequently!
4 If you are exercising then it is a must that you should eat properly!
5 Having honey is good. It flushes out fat from your body.
6 Add healthy fats to your food like extra virgin olive oil, flaxseed, walnuts, almonds. Avocado etc.
7 When you try to be fit, there are always negative people around you! They just don’t want to see you fit! They give you wrong advices or discourage you!
8 Just believe nothing is impossible! You can do anything if you try! So just give a try without thinking about what others say!
Method 1 of 2: Look After Your Hair
1 Massage your scalp with warm coconut or castor oil twice a week. Leave it overnight and shampoo the following morning. (for dandruff problems)
2 Never use a brush on a wet hair as it will only tear it. Instead use wide toothed comb.
3 To get rid of lice, apply the juice of basil leaves to the hair, leave overnight, and then wash off!
Method 2 of 2: Look After your Skin
1 Apply vinegar on your back for 10-30 minutes with cotton pads, results amazing in 3-4 weeks (for acne problems)
2 Cleanse your face with unboiled milk. Gently rub a coarse cloth dipped in milk to remove blackheads.
3 Apply mint juice on pimples. Allow it to dry before washing.
4 To tone your knee and elbow color rub lemon on your skin, use for 3-4 months.
