Olive Oil LOWERS The RISK Of HEART ATTACK

Regular consumption of olive oil brings important benefits to health, recent studies showing that only four teaspoons per day are enough to significantly decrease the risk of heart attack in only six weeks.
New tests developed by scientists have shown that the regular inclusion of olive oil in your daily diet has improved significantly, a number of chemical indicators related to coronary artery disease. In this respect a study led by the University of Glasgow, quoted by dailymail.co.uk, confirmed the health benefits of a key ingredient of the Mediterranean diet. Spectacular is the fact that the benefits are even greater in the case of those who do not regularly consume olive oil.
In the research, scientists have just added 20 milliliters of olive oil, i.e. about four teaspoons daily diet of healthy adults, which represents how much of a salad or as a person consumes at a table.
Following this "treatment", a series of indicators for heart disease, measured in the urine removed, have improved in only six weeks after the regular consumption of olive oil, according to the report published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. The researchers performed urine tests, seeking a number of peptides, substances produced as a result of the decomposition of proteins, already identified as biomarkers of diseases such as coronary heart disease.
