Best Recipes of Spinach Juice

1.Spinach Lemonade


Ingredients:

8 cups spinach
2  lemons
1⁄2 cucumber
1   pear
2   apples

Peel lemons and core apples.Juice everything in blender.

2.Spinach Pineapple Juice

 Ingredients

1 cup pineapple, cubed
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
8 ounces of filtered water
1/2 teaspoon of fresh, grated ginger (optional)

Mix everything in blender.
