 I'll give you 3 of my favorite recipes, all you have to do is get this vegetables, blend and mix them and there you go. You got your glass of energy for today and it`s just that simple!

1. Cold and Flu

- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- a piece of ginger

2. Detox

- 1/4 of a raw beetroot
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- a handful of mint

3. Energy

- 1 orange
- 1 piece of ginger
- a handful of pineapple

The amount of veggies above is for one glass, each. Plug in your fruit juicer and let the fun begin! Love your body and it will love you back!
