Citrus-flavored Water

Have you been drinking sodas? How are you feeling? Probably you're getting used to it without knowing that sodas actually contain 2/3 of their whole portion with sugar (mostly artificial). How unhealthy is that? Yes, we have been popping sodas maybe for all of our lives without realizing that it keeps us feeling tired and adds up to our unwanted weight.
Water helps in the proper functioning of our body and we are recommended to drink 7-8 glasses of water in a day. But what if you don't like the taste of plain water? Well here is a great thing for you, my friend! It's Citrus infused water. I have tried this for a couple of times already and it is very good and refreshing and guarantees you a quenched feeling minus the guilt of having the extra sugar content.
If you are on a strict no sugar diet, you may not add honey to the infusion but if you like it a little sweet then please do add a tablespoon of natural honey. The added honey will elevate the flavors of the citrus fruits.
All you have to do is prepare one orange, one lemon, and one lime. Cut them and put at the bottom of a container. Try to crush them a bit so when you add water, the flavors incorporate. Add crush ice or ice cubes and allow it to melt to have your cold water. Enjoy!
