To keep fit one needs to eat not only healthy food and exercise but also make changes in his daily habits.

Do meditation to relieve stress and do one type of exercise daily. Keep on rotating your exercise routine like aerobics on one day and walking the next day.
Keep your bathroom clean, open and well ventilated. Keep changing your pillow covers, bed sheets and curtains regularly.
