Benefits of Pure Milk

Milk for us very important part of our daily diet. Some people don't drink milk because they think they are big enough not to drink it.
Some are shy that what others will think if I do so. So just hate milk. But its not like. We should drink milk. It is important for all age groups. For youngsters it is a great source of energy. It is great in vitamins and nutrients. The ways in which milk is beneficial is:

■glowing skin: milk helps to keep skin glowing. It has lactic acid which act as enzymes and exfoliates and help to have a smooth and even skin tone.

■bone health: bones become stronger.it has calcium which is basic part of our bone. Is very important now a days to be healthy.

■weight loss: doctors advice milk for loosing weight. Milk completes the need for all other nutrient and hence if taken one glass is enough for one time meal.

So there are many other benefits also. We should drink milk at least once a day.
