Eye care tips for Computer Users

1. More Blink:
 The comon human being blinks 20 times in a minute, but only 7 times a minute when using a computer. Blink often to keep the eyes moist. It washes your eyes in naturally therapeutic tears. Don’t let the average of blinking down.

2. Take a break:
  During job have a cup of tea time by time, try to take sugar free tea if you are working for long hours which help you in reducing strain on your eyes and increases blood supply to your body.

3. Drink more water :
this point looks so simple but very effective because if you take 15 to 20 glass of water every day It puffiness of your eyes can be reduced.

4.Use palming exercise:
In this exercise you have to rub your hands against each other til they get warm then you have to cup your eyes for some moments. The advantage of doing this exercise both your eyes as well as elbows get relaxed as well.

5. Focus on an object in the distance:
in between your long working hours and again coming back to normal near vision will help your eyes to focus better. Use this tip after every 5 to 10 minutes

6. Healthy Food:
take Juices, green vegetables, tomatoes, citrus, spinach, dairy products and foods rich and foods what contains on vitamin  A, E and C

7. Eye exercises:
a)
 Roll your eyes clockwise, then counter-clockwise. Repeat 5 times, blinking in between each time.
 b)
tightly close your eyes for 3 to 6  seconds. Open them for 3 to6 seconds. more practice more care.
