Natural Remedies For High Blood Pressure
1. Watermelon Seeds :
These watermelon seeds contain a compound which is called "Cucurbocitrin". This will help to widen the blood capillaries and also helps in improving the kidney functionality. These watermelon seeds will reduces the blood pressure level in arthritis.
a) Take some watermelon seeds and crush them gently.
b) After that take one cup of boiled water.
c) Now add two or three table spoon of crushed seeds in boiled water and steep it for one hour.
d) Consume three or four table spoons of this mixture at regular intervals.
e) Alternatively grind equal quantities of watermelon seeds and poppy seeds.
f) Take this mixture in the early morning with an empty stomach and also in the evenings.

Garlic has great properties which control your blood pressure normally.This will also helps in lowering cholesterol level, by consuming either it is a raw or cooked garlic. When your blood pressure level is in high, then eat 1 or 2 cloves of garlic. This will be really helpful at that time to lowering your blood pressure.Crushed garlic cloves generate hydrogen sulfide and helps the good flow of blood.
a) By eating 1 or 2 crushed garlic cloves daily is good for your high blood pressure.
c) You can crush the garlic cloves simply with your hands.
d) If you are uneasy by eating raw garlic cloves, then you can add them to the cup of milk.
e) Alternatively you can also take 5 or 6 drops of garlic juice mixing in 4 table spoon of water twice or thrice a day.
