Natural Shampoo for hair loss and dandruff
Here are the ingredients and how to use them:
Shampoo
1 teaspoon baking soda
250 ml of water (use a clean water)
conditioner
Apple vinegar 1 teaspoon (can be replaced with white vinegar / vinegar kitchen or with lime or lemon juice)
250 ml of water (use a clean water)
Notes: amount of water can be added if you include the hair dry and brittle.
How to use:
First Baking soda is dissolved using clean water until completely dissolved, then store in a clean bottle.
Then dissolve also apple vinegar with water until completely dissolved, store in a bottle.
Before using shampoo (baking soda) to first wet your hair, then use a shampoo that is formulated on hair that has been soaked, do gentle massage of the hair root to tip. Then let stand about 2 minutes then rinse with water until clean.
To use conditioner (apple vinegar) did with wet hands with a solution that has been formulated and then splash it on the hair shaft from the hair root to tip. Do not get on the scalp, because it will cause the scalp to produce excess oil that will make the hair feel greasy. Let stand overnight 2 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
