6 Tips to Avoid Stress

Stress does not produce directly any disease, but sometimes is responsible for certain conditions such as allergies, asthma, migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, eczema, psoriasis. Stress increases the blood pressure and cardiovascular disease can appear. Therefore, it is important to take measures against stress. Here are the most simple of them:
1. Interview yourself!
Discover situations where you have noticed that you become very anxious. Try to discover what were the reasons that makes you that way. Write down to know what options you will have when you are facing a similar situation.
2. Apply breathing exercises!

6. What to drink?
Quit coffee! It is better to drink teas. Do not forget the water - drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
