Signs That You Are Dehydrated

When you lose more fluid than you take in, you run the risk of being dehydrated. This can happen without our even realizing it. We are so busy playing catch-up and spending more time at the computer than ever before.

Before we know it, we may be having any one of these problems:

. Dry, sticky mouth

. Dark urine (it should be clear unless you're taking medication which causes discoloration.)

. Unnatural fatigue and tiredness.

. Clouded thinking

. Unusual headaches and muscle cramps.

To avoid these symptoms, drink your eight glasses of water daily. Do whatever is needed to get that water in your body. And no - soda and power drinks don't count!
