Food to strengthen your bone

We all know that, calcium and vitamin D rich food can strengthen the bone. Day to day we used to have many fruits. At the same time, we didn't concentrate on the fruits which can strengthen our weakness.
The food which can strengthen your bones are as follows:
1. Yogurt
2. Milk
3. Cheese
4. Orange Juice
5. Sardines
6. Turnip greens
7. Eggs
8. Salmon
9. Spinach
10. Nuts
Few of these foods are used to taken by us on daily basis. But, we didn't concentrate much on the foods which is needed by us at stage by stage. When we grow up, based on the age we made need some additional vitamins and minerals.
